I'm actually incredibley excited to hear that turbans are in for spring 2011. As far as hair accessories go they're one of my very favorties. It's a middle east/tough girl/pirate chic/tropical kind of style that works on nearly everyone and adds a nice twist to most looks. Also: can salvage most bad hair days.
Turbans will probably be my favorite trend this season and I'm determined to make one as soon as I can find a decnt pattern. And maybe silk fabric in a shade of honeysuckle pink. . . . .one of the trendiest colors of the spring!
