im knocking off this skirt!

Not the nasty water color tribal print, probably something in a sea blue or turquoise.

I got my elastic from the Mood fabric store in LA (think Project Runway, but West Coast) its black with a blue, pink, and green rose pattern on it.

I'm thinking of using a black satin lining and lace trim, but that sounds a little gaudy so maybe just a white cotton lining and a neat hem?
